Last updated: September 2026
These General Terms of Sale (hereinafter the « GTS ») govern the commercial relations between LEADER EXPERTISE, operating the Prestige Hôtellerie brand, and its customers, in the context of the sale of hotel linen, bedding, welcome products, equipment and accessories intended for hospitality and accommodation professionals, as well as for individuals under the Collection Maison range.
1. Purpose
The purpose of these GTS is to define the conditions under which LEADER EXPERTISE, hereinafter « the Seller », offers its products and services for sale to its customers, hereinafter « the Customers ».
They apply to all sales made by the Seller, whether the order is placed through the Prestige Hôtellerie website, by email, by telephone or by any other communication channel.
Any order implies the Customer's full and complete acceptance of these GTS.

3. Products Concerned
The products offered for sale by the Seller include in particular:
- bed linen and bath linen;
- bedding: duvets, pillows, mattress protectors;
- welcome products (amenities);
- room equipment and accessories;
- in-room hospitality solutions;
- customization solutions (embroidery, packaging, etc.);
- Collection Maison: selected references offered to individuals.
The products, characteristics, dimensions, weights, finishes, colours and availability may change. The final characteristics of an order are those appearing in the quote or purchase order accepted by the Customer.
4. Orders
The Customer expresses their need to the Seller by specifying the products, quantities, dimensions, desired quality levels and any customizations.
Upon receipt of the request, the Seller prepares a quote including the characteristics, prices, lead times and applicable conditions.
The order is firm and definitive upon receipt by the Seller of the Customer's written acceptance of the quote, accompanied where applicable by the requested deposit.
Any modification of the order after acceptance of the quote is subject to the Seller's prior agreement and may result in a revision of prices and lead times.
5. Minimum Order Quantities
Unless otherwise stated on the quote, the Seller does not impose a minimum order quantity.
However, the Seller reserves the right to set a minimum order for certain references, in particular customised or bespoke products, insofar as production justifies it.
6. Samples
The Customer may order samples to check the material, weight, feel, dimensions and finishes of the products.
The cost of samples may be deducted from the first order, under the conditions specified at the time of the sample request.
Samples are not intended for resale and remain the property of the Seller until they are integrated into a firm order.
7. Prices
Prices are indicated in euros (€). Unless otherwise stated, prices are exclusive of tax (HT).
The applicable VAT is added to the price at the rate in force on the day of invoicing, depending on the nature of the product and the status of the Customer (professional or individual).
Prices may be revised at any time. The price applicable to an order is the one appearing on the quote accepted by the Customer.
Transport, packaging, possible customs clearance and any taxes related to shipping are at the Customer's expense, unless otherwise agreed on the quote.
8. Customization
Certain references may be customised: embroidery, border, yarn-dyed, packaging, private label, etc.
Customizations are studied on specification and validated prior to production. The Customer provides the Seller with the necessary elements (logo, colours, dimensions, graphic charter) in an exploitable format.
Once production has started, any modification or cancellation of customization may incur costs and is not eligible for refund insofar as the products have been manufactured specifically for the Customer.
9. Production Lead Times
Production lead times are indicated on the quote and depend mainly on the quantities ordered and the level of customization.
As an indication:
- small and medium quantities: approximately 1 week;
- large quantities or advanced customizations: 2 weeks or more.
These lead times are given for information only and may vary depending on production and sourcing constraints. The Seller endeavours to respect the announced lead times but cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to force majeure or circumstances beyond its control.
10. Delivery Lead Times and Methods
Delivery lead times are counted from the end of production and depend on the chosen shipping method:
- air freight: approximately 10 days after the end of production;
- sea freight: approximately 55 days, depending on destination and transport conditions.
The Seller relies on recognised carriers (UPS, DHL, DPD) to ensure real-time tracking and insurance against damage.
Delivery is deemed to be effected upon delivery of the product to the Customer or their representative, against signature.
The Customer is required to check the condition of the products upon receipt. Any anomaly, damage or missing item must be reported in writing to the carrier and to the Seller within a maximum of 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by photos if necessary.
11. Receipt and Reservations
The Customer has a period of 48 hours from receipt to formulate precise and motivated reservations on the condition, conformity or quantity of the products delivered.
Beyond this period, the products are deemed accepted without reservation by the Customer.
Reservations must be sent in writing to the Seller, accompanied by the necessary supporting documents (photos, delivery note, etc.).
12. Conformity
The delivered products comply with the characteristics validated in the quote or purchase order.
The Seller relies on quality control carried out at the source, before shipment, covering dimensions, weights, finishes, make-up and compliance with the validated specifications.
In the event of proven non-conformity reported within the deadlines, the Seller undertakes to study the implementation of a solution: replacement, credit note or return, as the case may be.
13. Payment
Payment terms are specified on the quote or purchase order.
Unless otherwise agreed, a deposit may be requested at the time of ordering. The balance is payable upon delivery or according to the negotiated conditions.
In the event of late payment, the Seller reserves the right to:
- suspend ongoing productions;
- retain shipments;
- invoice late payment penalties at the legal rate in force;
- claim a flat-rate indemnity for collection costs.
14. Restocking
The Seller implements an organisation allowing it to respond to the recurring restocking needs of hospitality establishments.
However, the availability of certain references, colours or finishes may change over time. The Seller informs the Customer in case of a reference change or product discontinuation.
For customised products, the Seller endeavours to guarantee the consistency of characteristics during restocks, within the limit of the technical capabilities of the partner manufacturers.
15. Warranties
The Seller warrants that the delivered products comply with the validated specifications and are suitable for the use for which they are intended in the context of hotel operations.
The products benefit from the applicable legal warranties, in particular the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects.
Warranties do not cover damage resulting from non-compliant use, unsuitable maintenance (in particular washing at temperatures or with products not compliant with the recommendations), normal wear and tear or fault of the Customer.
16. Withdrawal (Individuals)
In accordance with the provisions applicable to distance selling to consumers, individuals have a period of 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, subject to the exceptions provided by the regulations.
However, the right of withdrawal does not apply to customised or bespoke products manufactured according to the Customer's specifications.
To exercise this right, the Customer must notify their decision to the Seller in writing and return the products in their original condition, at the Customer's expense, within 14 days of notification.
17. Intellectual Property
All elements present on the Prestige Hôtellerie website (texts, photographs, visuals, logos, graphic elements) are protected by applicable intellectual property provisions.
These elements are the property of LEADER EXPERTISE or are used with the permission of their rights holders. Any reproduction, representation or exploitation without prior authorisation is prohibited.
The logos, drawings and customised elements communicated by the Customer remain the property of the latter. The Customer warrants the Seller against any claim relating to the legitimacy of the use of these elements.
18. Personal Data
Personal data collected in the context of orders is processed in accordance with the Seller's Privacy Policy, accessible on the site.
The Customer has a right of access, rectification, erasure and opposition, exercisable with: contact@prestigehotellerie.com.
19. Liability
The Seller endeavours to provide accurate and regularly updated information on the site and in its quotes.
However, the characteristics, dimensions, weights, finishes, availability and lead times may change. Photographs and visuals are provided for illustrative purposes and variations may exist between the visuals presented and the products actually delivered.
The Seller cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of the products, in particular in the event of non-compliance with maintenance or use recommendations.
20. Force Majeure
The Seller cannot be held responsible for failures to perform its obligations resulting from a case of force majeure or an event beyond its control: natural disaster, pandemic, conflict, government decision, logistical incident, transport stoppage, strike, etc.
In such a case, the Seller informs the Customer as soon as possible and the parties agree on the conditions for continuing or resolving the order.
21. Applicable Law and Disputes
These GTS are subject to French law.
In the event of a dispute, the parties endeavour to find an amicable solution before any legal action.
Failing an amicable agreement, disputes are brought before the competent French courts, in accordance with the applicable jurisdiction rules.
In accordance with the regulations applicable to consumer mediation, the consumer Customer may have recourse, free of charge, to a consumer mediator with a view to the amicable resolution of a dispute.
22. Update of the GTS
The Seller reserves the right to modify these GTS at any time. The GTS applicable to an order are those in force on the day the quote is accepted by the Customer.
The date of last update appears at the top of this document.
