What is the production lead time?
Production lead time mainly depends on ordered quantities and the level of customization. Small and medium quantities: approximately 1 week. Large quantities: approximately 2 weeks or more. Significant customization may also require additional time. The final lead time is confirmed at the quote stage.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No. There is no minimum order quantity. We can therefore respond to one-off needs as well as to the equipment or restocking of an establishment.
Can I order samples before placing an order?
Yes. You can order samples to check the material, weight, feel, dimensions and finishes. The cost of samples can be deducted from your first order.
What are the delivery lead times?
For small and medium quantities, air freight, usually approximately 10 days after the end of production. For large quantities, sea freight, approximately 55 days depending on transport conditions and destination.
Can you handle a small order as well as a large one?
Yes. The absence of a minimum order allows us to support different types of projects, from one-off orders to the deployment of a complete range.
Does customization extend lead times?
Yes, depending on the level of customization requested. More extensive customization may require 2 weeks or more of production.
How do I get a quote?
